Luke Kabsuke and Davion Bradford are taking official visits right now. If you see them holler with glee. If both come to Willieville, we will have a great 2020 class. And could get more if we are cold enough to give some the transfer boot.

Selton Miguel, 138 in 247 composite and visited September 6th, just announced his top 5:

Texas A&M, TCU, WKU,USF, and K-State

Will announce his decision October 1st.

Looks like us and WKU are the major players. Honestly would rather have someone else, but certainly think Miguel would be a good pickup.

From what I can gather, Miguel can play the 1-3 spots, though best suited at the 2 or 3. Nothing screams elite, but he looks solid in about all aspects. Has a nice looking shot and shooting touch. From the few stats I could find, a good shooter as well.

Makes me think we'll have 4 recruits in the 2020 class, as I don't see the staff not signing a bigman. Nice to see us on another Top 150 player(rivals has him at 105).

Pick 'Em

Another Rivals top 150? Not going to say no to Miguel. But I'm with KsJoey, K-State doesn't look like it's going to stop there. They still want a big man so someone is on their way out. Shadd or Love have to be the 2 to choose from. Love will be a SR, so you only lose him 1 year, but he played 31 more minutes then Shadd, which really isn't all that much. Love is also 1 of 5 SRs, and there are only 2 JRs on the staff with Shadd and SNW, so Love would make sense to even out the classes more.

Either way, nothing against them, but I don't think losing either will be a big loss if they can replace them with a 4* incoming big man. Neither figures to be huge contributors in the upcoming season either.

John Hugely, Davion Bradford, Gethro Muscatine all are 24/7 4 stars. Muscatine is the one I like the best, and I would like to think Kansas is out of the picture due to possible twinkling from NCAA. Tech may sneak in to get Muscatine.. .I hope we get 2 big's even if we have to part ways with Love or Shadd. Who knows Diarra may have monster year and go pro.

Miguel chooses tomorrow. Crystal ball has us as his choice. Let’s hope it turns out like that! Would be another solid pickup
