Portal dreaming
First no one from K State enters the portal.
Florida State is having a poor year and some think Leonard Hamilton should retire.
Their top player is Matthew Cleavland. He was recruited by Weber and his staff.
if.... he enters the portal, he would be a good addition.
Just dreaming. Will have more I am sure.

Matthew Cleveland
Matthew Cleveland has taken a big step forward this season across the board, averaging more points, rebounds, assists, and steals while fouling less, and being much more efficient from the arc and free throw line. Cleveland was named a top-10 finalist for the Julius Erving award earlier this year, an award given to the top small forward at the end of the season. I don't consider him to be a frontrunner for the award, but he does possess good size at 6'7", and has the production to match this year with 14.0 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 2.0 APG, while shooting 45.7% from the floor, 37.3% from 3, and 68.6% from the free throw line. He also had a stretch of eight consecutive games with double-doubles from mid-December to early January.

TT Senior Forward/Center- Fardaws Aimaq declares for the portal:
https://www.on3.com/db/fardaws-aimaq-152400/
He's got good size in the middle at 6-11 245lbs. Not sure if K-State wants to take a chance on the TT Big man. But he could help out, adding depth in the frontcourt.

Nope. I would prefer going with N'Guessan and Colbert than a big slow guy.KSUbetcha wrote: ↑March 13th, 2023, 9:06 amTT Senior Forward/Center- Fardaws Aimaq declares for the portal:

He has skills but not a good fit for how Tang wants to play.

Skyy Clark, the former, 6-3 200lbs. Illinois guard averaged 7.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.8 steals, and 2.1 assists per game as a freshman for the Fighting Illini.
As a consensus Top-50 recruit, Clark started 12 of 13 games for Illinois before he left the program, citing personal family issues earlier this season.
He's got good upside and will have 3 years of eligibility remaining.

Well, that's a slight improvement over what we currently have.KSUbetcha wrote: ↑March 13th, 2023, 9:18 amSkyy Clark, the former, 6-3 200lbs. Illinois guard averaged 7.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.8 steals, and 2.1 assists per game as a freshman for the Fighting Illini.

Sounds like one of those slow Drew Timme types. Nah, we don't need a guy like that.xtrawildcat wrote: ↑March 13th, 2023, 9:12 amNope. agree. his lumbering up and down the court would not fit coach tang's up-tempo, rim-running style. better to get eddie lampkin than thor.pulitzerdavid wrote: ↑March 13th, 2023, 9:51 amSounds like one of those slow Drew Timme types.
