Dean played tonight and had a very nice game.

15 points (4 - 7 on threes), three rebounds, an assist and a steal and 2 blocks.

Played 23 minutes.

Puffdad, I hope our Coaching Staff is honest with young Mr Tomlin. If you want to get NBA $Dollars$ you have to shoot like Dean Wade. He has the body and athleticism. But to play a stretch 4 and get paid for it in 2023 you have to make those shots at the arc.

Agreed. And I’m sure the staff knows that and has communicated that. Being only freaky athletic doesn’t cut it. Very few make it in the NBA.

He needs as much time in College as possible. Then maybe G league.
Just looking good will not cut it.

30 teams x 13 players/team = 390 players from ages 19 to 40 from all over the world. It truly is the best of the best.

I agree with all of the above, but if he figures out the "J" from the arc, look out. The kid has upside if he has work ethic to improve. THAT is the key...

Says he is putting up 1,000 shots a day although that is doubtful. Hard work wo'nt do it if you practice the wrong thing. Will have to correct his shot mechanics. He would be wise to copy Massoud's stroke. Short and in line. Then hard work can pay off.

Oh boy here we go again. Changing shot mechanics from something you've probably done wrong all your life since you were 5 years old................. Just takes about 5 minutes right?
