I simply don't see a football season this fall. I hope that I am wrong.

Me neither. The window is closing and the players are being exposed a few at a time, which will drag this out throughout the summer and fall.

As the world began to open after the shutdown, I was hopeful that CFB could resume this fall. I just don’t see it happening given the growing number of cases nationwide and the obvious fact that football teams can easily transmit the virus. Opening a stadium and packing it even 25% full seems like a risky undertaking. Even more problematic would be opening the WSC to any significant number of fans. The next few weeks will be quite interesting.
