better lincoln than austin. i wonder though if the positions are comparable, i.e. analyst v. actual coach?

I wonder how Nubbers feel about that. I have a feeling that many of them cannot get that bad taste of losing to the 'Cats back in the day. Especially that first one.
I have two NU grads that work with me, they are fired up to get the Special Teams fixed. Bill Snyder was the keynote speaker last April at the Nebraska Football Clinic.

It will be an interesting study to see if it was Sean Snyder that made special teams great, or if it was the program/culture. If he can build his name at NU away from the family name, it will help his career.

Sean ain't no spring chicken. His career years better get started soon. NU would be a good place to start.

less than 3% of american couples combined income is $200,000 annually or more. that was snyder's salary at k-state. it's not like he's starting over in a flippin'-burgers job.

Offensive coordinator Courtney Messingham: $500,000.
Offensive line coach Conor Riley: $400,000.
Cornerbacks coach Van Malone: $350,000.
Safeties coach Joe Klanderman: $350,000.
Running backs coach Brian Anderson: $300,000.
Receivers coach Jason Ray: $300,000.
Quarterbacks coach Collin Klein: $300,000
Defensive ends coach Blake Seiler: $300,000.
Defensive tackles coach Mike Tuiasosopo: $225,000.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

After a certain # of $$$, coaching is no longer for the $$$, but for the satisfaction of coaching and working with young people. Sean probably doesn't need another job for the $$$.
