Sproles to retire

Saw this on ESPN also... Darren was a great College & NFL Player. He was one of the top returners of all time. A compact but powerful RB and kick returner, he amazing balance & change of direction and could kick in the afterburners when needed.
He's had a great 15 year career, but has had a few injuries the last couple of ones. Great job from KSU's own Darren Sproles in the League!!

And just think, some folks thought he was too small for the Big12. Congrats on a great career.

Several players behind him in All Purpose yards are in the Pro Fotball Hall of Fame. Sproles has a SB ring and nearly 20,000 all purpose yards. He'll be the 1st KSU Wildcat in the NFL HOF.

on top of all he was able to do, did do, he influenced NFL ideas of what a football player is.
If you have to be persuaded, reminded, pressured, lied to, incentivized, coerced, bullied, socially shamed, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalized...you can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in your best interest
