Academy Sports + Outdoors Texas Bowl. Houston Big 12 vs. SEC ESPN
Cheez-It Bowl. Phoenix, Ariz. Big 12 vs. Pac-12 ESPN
Camping World Bowl Dec. 28. Orlando, Fla. Big 12 vs. ACC ABC
SERVPRO First Responder Bowl Dec. 30. Dallas Big 12 vs. AAC ESPN
Autozone Liberty Bowl Dec. 31. Memphis, Tenn. Big 12 vs. SEC ESPN
Valero Alamo Bowl Dec. 31. San Antonio, Texas Big 12 vs. Pac-12 ESPN

If you look at the bowl tie-ins, you will see Alamo Bowl is Big 12 vs. PAC-12, CWB tie-in is Big 12 vs. SEC. so Texas will not play A&M at the Alamo. For those two teams to play, it will have to be in the CWB or Texas Bowl.

You're right cats72. I turned my Texas bowl games around. It was the Texas Bowl where we whipped Aggie not the Alamo.

BTW, welcome to the board! :D

Jerry Palm, he of great knowledge,(one of the very few who picked Oregon straightup and beating the spread) has had KSU and USC in the Alamo Bowl for some time(several weeks)...................... now he's changed to Utah and KSU in the Alamo.

That would be a great bowl and opponent for us, if it worked out. I am just happy to be 8-4 and bowl eligible, no matter where we end up.

Just browsing the net for some updated projections. One I saw has us playing Kentucky in the Liberty Bowl. It has oSu in the Alamo Bowl vs. Utah; Texas vs. ND in the Camping World Bowl; and ISU vs. Nevada in the Texas Bowl. Of course, OU vs. LSU in the CFP (Peach Bowl) and Baylor vs. Georgia in the Sugar Bowl.

Another projection has us in the Liberty Bowl vs. Navy. I would think the Military Bowl would want Navy for obvious reasons.

AS ArKSU mentioned, Jerry Palm still projects us to the Alamo Bowl vs. Utah.

Saw a rumor that ISU (instead of UT) may play ND in the Camping World Bowl. The Twitter posts following were pretty ugly. Nobody except ISU fans liked that idea. Some ND fans were complaining about playing some Ag school in the Big 12 instead of UT.

That would be a good (and tough) matchup. Navy is 9-2 and ranked in the top 25.

10-2 once they beat Army next weekend.

Would be awesome if some Big 12 ag school beat the $hit out of those arrogant @#$%'s. The domers are tops on my despise list. Just above a bunch of those arrogant b1g teams.
