Do the coaches know you dont HAVE to run the ball on 1st down?
I don't think so

I think you are right, should someone send them a text or something?

To be fair, they did try a pass on 1st down for an earlier series. Thompson got immediate pressure, had to roll out and throw it away.

Not blocking well enough to run - including the option. I'm not thinking a battle of field goals is going to win this one, they need to find the end zone.

Offense looking terribly predictive.

Maddening as hell. GREAT catch / run by Gill with Taylor finishing a block downfield helping him gain much more yardage. ST pitches to a RB that is clearly about to get tackled for a loss. Pitches it anyway. Then we have two, TWO linemen that can't block ONE dude and we settle for another 3. Good God this is pathetic to watch. FIVE guys can't block/contain THREE. ANEMIC offense. All this hype about our entire OL being Seniors and how that is going to be hard to replace next year. Maybe. But what I am watching so far, I can't believe our 2 and three deep OL couldn't at least do the same at this point.

Defense is playing GREAT.

How the hell we beat OU is beyond me.

TT pass to the slot receiver, to lateral it 1 yd to the RB standing right next to him? Quite possibly THE dumbest play I have seen anyone run all year.
