First game I’ve watched where I thought we were out coached. Offensive schemes did not fool anyone. Players not emotional and expected WV to roll over.

Two losses in a row being outcoached. Now on road to Texas Tech for a beat down and no way in hell we beat Iowa State at home running this offense. If they don’t creative with a QB running game they will just load the box and make Skylar throw and when he’s predictable he is not as good.

Yeah, that's one of the things that really grabbed my attention the entire game. Our players were flat, flat, flat while there's were flying around and making plays.

I think the stupid penalties that this team makes drive me more nuts than anything. Skylar can only do so much, the play on the last drive where he is holding the ball for maybe 20 seconds and nobody can get open is frustrating. And that 3rd and forever that ended up being a wv touchdown was a total wtf! That qb from wv is good and looked more relaxed than sky, sucks

How many times was Knowles targeted today? I mean he is your only legit NFL prospect on the team. It’s just a damn embarrassment how bad the play calling was today.

I'm not worried about the record this year. We got our 6 wins and can go to a bowl, which met my expectations. My thoughts going forward after the KU game were to focus on how the team played.

Today, we sucked on the OL, plain and simple. This was Baylor bad, but WVU wasn't the same talent Baylor had on defense. Riley needs to be put under the microscope IMHO. Skylar shit the bed when it counted. There are so many things about this game that are frustrating, I can't even wrap my head around it.

Glad its not my job to fix it. Hope the coaches can't sleep tonight and are up at Vanier early in the morning (5 am'ish) to focus on what went wrong in this game and what can be done in the next game. Because the coaching staff just crapped the bed in this game, period.

Last year we were 17 points away from being a 9 win team. This team has now lost back to back games by 4 points or less. Just not getting the job done when it counts. Details matter in close games. Hope some people don't sleep well tonight. I know I wouldn't be able to. I'd be watching game film right now to start preparation for TTU, but I have work aholic tendencies.....

So I’d be thinking the same thing if I just saw the tv camera but watching live it was easy to see they were doubling Malik 95% of the time. The plays were there for Schoen all game and Skylar just didn’t want to target him for some reason.

Messingham is the problem imo. He was the one hire I didnt like on this staff. His resume is extremely blah with the only real success at NDSU for 1 year in which he came into a dream situation.
