2/3 leave at half regardless of what is taking place on the field. Sad.
KSU has priced the average Joe from the sports venues. All you have at the games is wealthy old people. Doesn’t make for a loud and nasty crowd.
Define wealthy and old please.

The poor young people seem to leave around halftime.

students leaving early is a problem that's not unique to k-state. it's disappointing but not something tied to the color purple. as for old and wealthy, i believe that's a matter of context. when i was 10, i thought my father turning 30 meant he was over the hill. when going to college, i thought $10k per year was a great starting salary.

If you wear Depends, that’s old. And I’d wager that half our fan base is that crowd. No need to hit the head at halftime, just pee in the suit. If you can afford the donation level seats, you are probably in the top couple percent of wage earners in the region. That’s wealthy by most standards. If you’re upset with my comments, you probably fit into those categories and I bet you don’t yell much at ball games other than yelling at the guy in front of you to sit down.

Well, that eliminates me. Last time I remember peeing my pants was a wild weekend in Columbia but enough about that.

According to the map on K-State Sports, the end zones and certain rows in the east side upper deck are $0 Ahearn Fund donation seats. Everything else has a fee.

I don't yell at the guy in front of me to sit down. Those behind me do. I've spent the better part of 64 years on my feet. I'll stand and yell when I deem necessary but I try to consider the people behind me (at least till halftime, after that most are gone anyway).

As many as 1/3 of all adults – 80 percent of them women – have bladder issues. Proper Nutrition.
