Hmm, from school as well? I assume K-State has a Student Conduct Committee that handles the Title IX process? Generally the last thing they want to do is remove a person from campus pending an investigation, unless there is clear evidence. Not good.Tbonespop wrote: ↑April 25th, 2019, 1:11 amRison is suspended from school and the team pending legal investigation. The only wait and see attitude is with respect to his legal issues. At KU, most of the players were still in school and some still playing while the matters were being addressed behind the scenes. There's a big difference.
Rison

If suspended from school, I don't know how that affects his eligibility for next semester.mustang wrote: ↑May 1st, 2019, 9:23 amHe is suspended from what? Not really missing any games or practices now.Tbonespop wrote: ↑April 25th, 2019, 1:11 am

his initial court hearing is today, may 1st. probably just sets up a trail date for this summer.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

interesting that the court granted a continuance thus delaying the proceedings. because this pushes everything down the road, it's more likely than not that rison does not play this fall.

"K-State football coach Chris Klieman announced that Rison was suspended indefinitely from the team shortly after news of the arrest became public, saying he violated team and departmental policy."
I don't read anywhere that says he is suspended from classes.
