I think it's incredible they'd invite the NCAA to find that they were committing violations in the other money sport at the same time the basketball team is facing penalties. This could absolutely bring accusations of lack of institutional control, especially after Roy Williams' telling boosters they could give graduated athletes gifts and the academic fraud shenanegans. It should all be taken into consideration when this comes to the compliance committee.
