Hate is not just aimed at people.....have a strong aversion to (something).
"he hates flying"
used politely to express one's regret or embarrassment at doing something.

regret, dislike, not like, hesitate

Since Sean didn't get any training from any place but HOFHCbsu there is no reason whatsoever for him to still be at KSU.
