LSU wins in a shoot out. Surprise, surprise. An SEC team in another shoot out. And the Big 12 doesn't play defense. Before excuses come out about their missing starting dbacks, we we're missing a lot of secondary players this year too. With all the 4-5 star recruits they stockpile, they should still be stout right?
LOL.... It's confirmed. These offenses nowadays make all but a couple of defenses in the nation look bad, but I'm sure all the SEC butt kissers won't notice.
SEC in another shootout. Defense?

That was UCF's back up QB and they left points on the field by missing that 75 yard TD pass that their WR dropped - hit him right in the bread basket and he dropped it. Also want to note, that the first LSU TD pass should have been reviewed because it wasn't a catch. It hit him in the hands, then a foot down in bounds, then bobbled it and then landed out of bounds. Should have been reviewed and brought back because once possession was obtained, he didn't get a foot down in bounds. At the end of the day, there's no excuses on either side. It was a close game and would have been a close game under any scenario. LSU was fortunate to come away with the win in that one. Lots of woulda, coulda, shoulda in that game on both sides.
