Re: Seth Littrell no longer a candidate
At least Kleiman has beaten KSU at the Bill in 2013. Boring or not, they got it done . Kinda like my wife’s Honda Odyssey minivan. Drove it from LA back to Kansas for thanksgiving with 3 kids over a 2.5 day trek each way....wasn’t sexy but it had all the amenities, got the job done and had enough ass under the hood to get through the Rockies just fine......but not a corvette or Dodge Viper, hell it wasn’t even a sporty Accord, but solid none the less

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm done listening to the rumors. Nobody knows the facts unless they were or are in those meetings. I've been guilty of buying into this garbage, but it's so ridiculous the longer it goes.

So who is responsible for recruiting carsen wentz? Even Craig Bohl could get an nfl caliber qb to Wyoming in josh Allen. If those guys can get nfl prospects to go to college in North Dakota and Wyoming, I’m sure Klieman can get recruits to Manhattan. I am disappointed in the Litrell fall out and I’m not totally excited with the Klieman talk either, but I think the guy can mold a quarterback and he knows a good one when he sees one.

First, how does Leavitt go from nearly being coach in waiting a couple years ago to now apparently way down the list, if he’s on it.
Second, if Klieman is the target now that Littrell has passed, where do the donors stand on this plan? I just have a hard time believing many, if any would be on board with this. And is the Prez on board with this? Is Snyder? Who besides mean Gene? It wreaks of hiring an ol buddy. Are we going to get rid of Weber next and hire David Richman?
Third, can someone more savvy with social media get one of those movements going to #hirejimleavittnow please.

True, he was the DC but that’s still something to hang your hat on.wild@nite wrote: ↑December 7th, 2018, 12:40 pmExcept.... And I'm sure he was laughing at our knuckleheaded play calling down the stretch in that game.CD-Wildcat2.0 wrote: ↑December 7th, 2018, 12:48 pmTrue, he was the DC but that’s still something to hang your hat on.

Lots of coaches have been on the winning side against K-State over the years, that doesn't really help.CD-Wildcat2.0 wrote: ↑December 7th, 2018, 12:48 pmTrue, he was the DC but that’s still something to hang your hat on.

Heck, he got to sit around, drink a soda and eat popcorn for the last half of the 4th quarter of that game as they slowly and painfully and methodically marched it down our throats for the winning TD
