They've been very good on third down, and getting key stops late in every game to preserve the lead or, last night, get the ball back when behind. That said, I was hoping the newly drafted players would have them improving a lot more than we've seen so far on defense. Hopefully Watts, Speaks, and Fuller start playing better as the weeks go on, and hopefully Berry comes back from this spur in his Achilles they were talking about the last few days. That would go a long way toward improving the defense.

It's nice to see KC has a mobile QB who seems to be doing well and still can get a lot better. It's not just him though....lots of speed and other skills everywhere on offense and perhaps the defense can improve.

Mahomes was getting physically destroyed sometimes at TTU, but he still went out there and tried to do his best. I think he has a toughness about him, too. I hope Pringle gets to play with him this season.

It would be great to see Pringle on the field this year.

Pringle's on injured reserve and won't be eligible to play this season.
Chief's have sure been fun to watch this year, Phat Pat has been even better than I hoped so far.

Chiefs are the only saving grace to this season. Now if they could just win a playoff game or two or the Super Bowl all the Cat wounds would heal.

I thought there's a possibility he could play after 8 games.

I don't know about "all", but that would damn sure help!
