this is one of those sneaky good adds. garber has given us some good minutes since moving to defense. opponents will say: good grief, is that guy still eligible?

Garber definitely seems much more in tune to the defensive side of the ball. They always said he had elite speed and he did show that on that 2 pt. return in his hometown. Very glad to have him back and I think with him and Parrish, as well as Justice James and the two young kids, Kanijal Thomas and McIntosh, our CB position is very strong. Losing Lee, in my opinion, is addition by subtraction, not because of talent but because of attitude.

On that All Transfer offense is shows Kilty as a guard, but he said on his interview with the media last week that he is playing left tackle. It would be real nice if he could come in and solidify that Left Tackle spot. If he can do that, with Poitier, Panzer, and Willis, that is four veterans with good experience. Add in the talent of Leingang, Pastore and Hecht and although it may take a couple of weeks and we definitely don't have a Cooper Beebe, that OL could become a strength of the team. Heck, before Poitier's two injuries, coaches said he was the best OL on the team, and that included Beebe.

gorhoops, agree 100%. k-state's o'line depth developed by connor riley will be showcased this fall when everyone not familiar with this program will see it going-in as a gaping hole. and yes, i remember klieman saying that about poitier - we all gasped.

Don't forget about the (2) 4* OLmen freshmen coming in this year. I fully expect them to be capable back up players as #2s on the depth chart.

i know little about these youngsters. but o'lineman generally need a red shirt year to get their bodies up to standard for that position.
