Didn't Fisch go to Washington, not Oregon? I agree he won't do well up there. He accidentally caught lighting in a bottle at Arizona with 2 stud freshmen. Ha Delara not gotten hurt, they end up being ~8-4 or maybe even 7-5 and he's still in Tucson. Have a good buddy who's son played for him at Zona. He wouldn't do it all over again.spot2180 wrote: ↑February 19th, 2024, 8:30 amIs Avery Johnson going to really be that good? Don't get me wrong, I would love for him to be. A revamped OLine, lots of questions at wide receiver and depth. I don't know....
So a dream bracket that has two SEC and two Big10 teams. If that works out, most of the country will not watch.
I don't think DeBoor is going to work miracles at Alabama in year one, who has been hemorrhaging talent. I don't think Fisch will be that good at Oregon, especially since he interviewed at UCLA AFTER accepting the Oregon job, oh and he has to replace a pretty good qb. No, only the Nubbers have better athletes on the sidelines than they have on the field. Oregon's athletes are already giving Fisch the 'side eye' due to trust issues. He's a team jumper.
We'll see, I guess.

A person can be a socialist in a capitalist society, but a person is not allowed to be a capitalist in a socialist society.

coach klieman has said more than once that 2024 will be a special year for k-state.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

To me, 2024 goals are to win B12 first and just make it to the playoffs to get experience at that level. Those are reasonable goals for any team, any year. Then 2025, we make a run for the whole damn thing - expect to Win B12, get high seed, win NC.

mike farrell is a blowhard with an edge like the middle child in a large family who wants but seldom gets mom's attention without first causing a fuss. it makes him somewhat interesting at times, although his writing often leaves one asking "what?" here's his take on k-state going forward.

Kansas State represents everything right about the sport. Wildcat Land brings strong and passionate fan support, a tremendous game-day experience, iconic Aggieville, and winning football. Visiting fans will verify it’s a hidden gem and a bucket list experience once experienced.
