I tell you what, what is it with Ohio State people????? Everything Will has done is under a microscope. Every pass. every run is scrutinized by those people. Fact is he has been close to lights out. Give him his due praise and move onto the next game. I find them less likable all the time with their entitled criticisms. We as KSU fans appreciate good play and
don''t criticize good play. Man, are they entitled SOB's.

Like Will wish him nothing but the best. I always supported him and think hes a good guy. No idea what he said or his disgruntlement, but this crap is going to happen anywhere. Always going to be recruited over. Always. He may lose his current gig, I hope not. But The Arrogant State u has the best talent money can buy just waiting in the wings.

Getting a little sick of the demands of college athletes. Want paid, got paid. Wanted free transferring, you got it no restrictions. Celebrations seems to be getting more and more bold. Well, to be completely fair, someone is paying for their $22M/Yr roster and there should be accountability to the 18-22 year old kids for performance. Will got a nice NIL deal there. He should be able to handle the criticism like a big boy. The landscape of college football has changed. If there was no NIL, you point would hold more validity (not that it doesn't have some validity now, as it certainly does). I agree with the fact that 18-23 year old kids are getting paid millions to play college football. They should be open to criticism.

Yes, there was 4 5*s vying for his job but he was the best. choice with his experience and consistency. I do not think one game will bring " him down" because he looks like the perfect fit for that program.

Oh, he's going to get pulled for one of their many blue chip dudes at the position. He is there to hold serve. That's it. When he stumbles, and he is going to stumble, and one their shiny new pennies comes in and lights it up, that is when the "QB controversy" commences and he'll be watching helmet in hand. I hope it doesn't happen. Love the kid. He was all class when he was here. And love everything he did for us. But the reason he's under the scope there is the stable of 5* dudes they have that most will want on the field as soon as Will slips even a little bit. Bes of luck to him and hope I'm wrong. He's a class act.

Agree with everything you say, except, I don't think he is going to stumble. I have watched both their games (on utube) and man, he looks really polished. His passes have been pinpoint for the most part, even the long ones, and his leadership and enthusiasm have been infectious for that team. There are so many weapons around him that I don't think he will fail. @ Oregon, @ Penn State, Michigan, even Nebraska and Iowa, will be real challenges for him.

I might also add that Will is being put down for playing at KSU for 4 years. The media always talks about his shortcomings and mistakes here, clearly indicating he is questionable at best for higher rated programs...... I really, really think he will prove them wrong.

monitor Will you are doing it all on your own look at this thread. I am more concerned with the team we have and its athletes. I have made mention how it’s funny when he was here there was no hype but move to ohio and boy howdy we have something here. that is all

your feelings are your own, 'sota, i have mine to deal with, but methinks you're overanalyzing or reacting here. i have not watched ohio play a down but still interested in will's success over there. there's nothing wrong with following him given all he did here. it's not a lot different than following the nfl guys. we always have the option of not reading threads that are tormenting our brain.
