I think Coach K still could have a bit of cache with possible QB recruits -- transfer and otherwise -- based upon his development of 2 NFL QBs at NDSU -- Wentz and Stick.

hcck's first qb move should be to replace messingham.

I fully agree with this. I still think Will has the talent, he’s just not getting the coaching, development, nor is he working in a system to fit his talents. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t go out and get 2 more QBs this year from the portal, just saying I’m not willing to give up on Will.

Yep. Even going out and getting a grad transfer to come in for a year gives Will and Jake more time to develop.

So the Duke grad transfer QB and WR duo does make some sense.

No offense to you, but I keep reading/hearing about how Klieman has developed NFL QBs. Is that really the case? Didn't he have a QB coach in the frozen land? And by the way, who WAS his QB coach? And maybe if we are making changes, as we damn well need to be, we talk to the QB coach from there that was actually directly responsible for developing Wentz and Stick?

Just curious as to where did the kid that we offered, that ultimately ended up at Baylor land?

Jacob Zeno, like most transfers, don't have a spot yet. They are all just in the portal looking for their best option.

Here is an up to date link on QBs in the portal. Saw a tweet that said that over a hundred kids entered the portal. TODAY!

I am hopeful our HC is so busy talking to potential WR and QB transfers that he has not had time to sit down with Mess to tell him he is fired.
