Re: FIRE MESSINGHAM
I strongly recommend that OU hire Messingham as head coach.

That move might be met with a tad bit of skepticsm by Sooner fans.

Depending on if/how many offensive coaching positions open up, I'd be very happy if Jake Waters came home.
If messingham is not fired I will not plan on watching another game next year. I don’t post on here often, I mostly just lurk and read the comments. But I and truly
Pissed.
I have been a die hard fan for over 30 years. I haven’t seen shittier called game to my recollection. 4th and 1 and we snap it to the smallest guy on the field not only once but twice? We had a 6’5” 240lb qb back there. Any arm chair coach could have called that play and why didn’t coach K call a time out when he saw them line up. Truly disgusting really.

Bump. Any news? I’m hearing rumblings but nothing remotely official.
Apparently Stan was on the radio saying the players were pissed and confused at the playcalling too.

Why is there something rather than nothing?

i'd think that hcck's parking slot would have been filled this morning if he was firing messingham. it's hard for me to believe he'll remain o'coordinator but only the a.d. and head coach know.
to not face the brutal facts is a fatal flaw in commerce. and this is at the end of the day just that, a commercial decision. fans will leave in droves if it's not corrected.
