I haven't watched any of their games, but just going off of their fan comments, it sounds like their starting QB (Daniels) and their new OC are greatly underperforming. They miss their old OC badly.
I've watched them for about 3 halves of football in a few different games. I think the OC is fine, Daniels has just played bad. Get him flushed out of the pocket on the run and throwing on the run, he becomes very inaccurate. Makes bad decisions. It's mainly bad QB play. If they have somebody on the bench, they ought to give him a look. JMHO
And the opposite with AJ get him out of the pocket and rolling he nails it. Sit him in the pocket and he sails it….

Agreed, we gotta keep that on the down low :fistbump: . Opposing defenses are going to start playing containment to keep him from running and make him a pocket passer. He's going to continue to develop his pocket passing ability, but it's by far the thing he's least comfortable with. He'll get there.

I'm hoping he gained some confidence throwing the deep ball today. We need that deep threat (and the ability to throw the ball well, in general) to keep defenses honest. A lot of receivers got multiple catches today.

You have no idea what keeping something on the down low actually means. None at all.

Gotta say that I've been impressed with Colorado today, on the road, and putting the hurt on a good TCU team - with a decent ground game to complement nearly 300 yds passing . . .
Oops - of course I'd meant UCF . . .

I’m questioning how good UCF actually is. Not sure how TCU coughed up that game two weeks ago. UCF can’t block, can’t cover, very one dimensional, and couldn’t execute that dimension at all. I think they’ve been very overvalued, but I will give CU credit for going on the road and getting a W.

TCU is not that good. KU has big problems. Now they are losing their belief that they can win. Season is slipping away from them..

Has there been a more boring game today than Iowa state vs Houston?
