I agree. I was hoping that Big 12 expansion would include AF and Navy, but it was not to be. If anyone gets a chance to go to a service academy game, I recommend it. Back when I was coaching in the late 90s in SW Kansas, We'd take the team to Colorado Springs to watch AF play. It only cost the kids a dollar and it was a great atmosphere with flyovers and having the ball parachute in. The falcon demonstrations at half time were pretty awesome too.
agree saw nd @ usafa in the late 80s. and before that army/navy in jfk stadium, circa early 70s, post vietnam tour gift for me. the philly game was by far the best. and yeah, i'm old.
The last time we went, we got to see Brian Urlacher. He was playing safety for New Mexico at the time, and played linebacker for the Bears in the NFL.

Does anyone know what is going on at 11:00 CDT on Saturday 09/28 to where many games are still TBD? Some are saying that the Big XII is getting hosed, but from the looks of it, the B1G has just as many teams that are being currently affected.

That did not surprise me. We have seen enough football over the years (decades) to know there is no guarantee of keeping your job as QB especially at OU. My question is how long does this last before Jackson Arnold enters the transfer portal.

i would guess that the former high school 5*, mister arnold, enters the portal at its opening ends up at another p4 school.

You would think, but honestly has he impressed anyone enough to be deemed 5 star?
