I saw where some b1g tickets could be had for $12. Sadly CFP will impact the CCG's. I also understand the distance Oregon fans would have had to travel. Too bad they didn't have like regional conferences you know where fans wouldn't have to travel so far.tmcats wrote: ↑December 7th, 2024, 4:03 pmasu is just good. adequate defense. outstanding offense. isu found that out. skattabo should be in nyc for the heisman thingy along with army's qb who is an absolute stud.
sad to see such low turnout for the b12 c'ship. did not project well but that comes with the cfp as patrons only have so much dough to play.

I agree. They are playing as well as anyone in the country right now.
On a side note... I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but something that occurred to me is that the newcomers to their conferences could make a clean sweep in the P4 conference championships (ASU done, UT?, SMU? Oregon?). Army, who is new to the AAC, is the AAC conference champ. Anyway, I just found that interesting. Sorry for being late to the conversation if this has already been discussed elsewhere.

Dillingham seems like a great coach. He's an excellent motivator, from what I can see, has high expectations, holds players accountable, and brings a lot of energy to the team for an HC. Time will tell the tale, but he's off to a good start.

Texas' special teams looking like KSU's: They've missed 2 FGs and trail Georgia 10-6 late in the 3rd QTR in the SEC CG.

I live local in the Phoenix area and he talks on some of the local radio stations from time to time. KD doesn't come off as being the sharpest knife in the drawer, but the players love him and will run through a brick wall for him. He kind of comes off like a ra-ra high school coach kinda guy. I recall one interview with him this season after the TTU loss when they asked him specifically what happened in the TTU loss. He was very direct and concise in his response. He said "We didn't play hard enough or give enough effort". I say this all the time, organizations become direct reflection of leadership over time. His intensity and effort has created an environment of toughness, grit, and high effort. He's very aware of the effort and intensity needed to compete at a high level. He also was smart enough to spend good money on quality, experienced coordinators. I didn't think he was the best hire out of the gate, but figured they couldn't do much worse than Herm. Turns out, looks like a genius hire at this point. Will be interesting to see if he can keep it rolling.114Hickory wrote: ↑December 7th, 2024, 6:38 pmDillingham seems like a great coach. If Carson Beck is hurt, Georgia is eliminated from the playoff.

I seriously doubt they'll catch lightening in a bottle again with this guy. Good luck to them, but they could have made a better hire than Frost.WildcatEngineer wrote: ↑December 7th, 2024, 6:22 pmPFF College
