Frankly, I think the owner will probably have to sell the team. The lawsuits are beginning.

Manfred choked on the punishment. The lawsuits honestly won't go anywhere.

The MLB had one shot at showing they had the cajones to punish cheaters, but they booted it and now the Astros are barely sorry they got caught.

Maybe they won't, but maybe they will. Manfred may be forced to revisit this issue especially if there is a fans from other team start filing lawsuits against MLB especially as it relates to inconsistent punishment, etc..
