Agreed. If she thinks recruiting is difficult now, keep losing to those teams and it will be more challenging.

I'm not saying Ahearn is great, but I've seen other VB coaches say Ahearn is one of the most distinct venues in the country (and because of that uniqueness, quite advantageous for K-State). Suzie also just pulled in a top 25 class last year.

It's time for a new/modern facility, but saying that the facilities are holding the team back is a lame excuse.

KSU beat @North Texas 3-2. Lost to Ohio 2-3. some close matches both ways. .
Ugh. Next up are the Lobos. Looks like a very rough Big 12 season is coming.

Gene Taylor may further solidify his stamp on KState athletics. How many head coaches has he hired? Baseball. Football. Others?

Really doubt they fire Suzie after this year. There is some good young talent on the team. But obviously doesn't look good right now.

I don’t disagree but the underperformance appears to be a chronic issue.

I don’t disagree with that either. Seems like the program needs to hit the reset button. See how Big 12 goes.

It also looks like 2020 commit OH Aliyah Carter is going to be around the top 50. They also have Jayden Nembhard as an OH commit, but I'm not sure about her rank.

Carter is ranked in the mid 40s and we have another in the mid 70s which is probably Nembhard. We seem to be recruiting better, hopefully that will start to show.
