I heard some podcast mentioning many KSU athletics and made a comment that in baseball Hughes may have his best team for this coming season. That would be something as the team he had a couple years ago was pretty good, just under performed and when they turned it on it was a bit too late. Still should have made the post season, as they should have last season also. But he does have two players who were part of team USA this past summer.

Nice. Now go prove it on the field. The Cats haven’t really done all that bad the last two seasons in conference, but they’ve had several bad losses in the non con that have kept them from post season. Hopefully they’ll start off much better this year.

Hard to believe, first pitch two weeks from Friday in Scottsdale, AZ.
Cal on that Friday, Boston College on Saturday and Georgetown on Sunday.
