Re: nit thread
I don't think it does anything for you portal wise if you sit it out. The players want to keep playing as well. It is a mistake to start thinking you are too good for something.

Furman transfer Marcus Foster has heard from the following schools since entering the transfer portal earlier today, he tells @On3sports: 6-4 G averaged 17.0 points & 7.5 boards this season @TransferPortal_ Arkansas Clemson Indiana Texas Tech Richmond Xavier Georgia Gonzaga Loyola Chicago Texas Kan...

Re: 2023-24 team
Ryan Gilbert @GPCRyanG K-State committed 491 turnovers this season -- which comes out to nearly 15 per game, ranking dead last among Power-Six teams. If they end up missing the NCAA Tournament, the turnover problems throughout the year that were never rectified are perhaps the No. 1 thing to blame....

Re: Portal 2024
K-State has done a tremendous job with their athletic programs. Also, an amazing job with our facilities. Where in college sports is there a more beautiful and efficient complex than what we now have. We are hitting on all cylinders and now the NCAA has poured sand in our tank with NIL. I don't lik...

Re: Portal 2024
I think it is important to get as many eyes on KState basketball as possible. There will be a lot of good players in that NIT that will be entering the portal, so why not give them a look at what KState is all about? I would like to see KState get away from the one-and-done guys. Team continuity is ...

Re: minutia ...
I find it incredibly ironic that Saban would complain about other teams paying players. To me, NIL threatens Alabama's and the SEC's supposed dominance with parity. Who in the SEC cannot lose to Vandy without an earthquake hitting the southeast? I might be alone in all of this, but I take whatever S...

Re: Portal 2024
Agreed. I like Tang's resume so far. If he can keep building, sooner or later KState will be attractive. He is building the right culture at KState, and hopefully, that will keep some good players from jumping to the portal after every season. Some get their yangerdoodles all bent out of shape abou...

He was a man on the boards, no doubt.xtrawildcat wrote: ↑March 14th, 2024, 8:07 amI rewatched the second half last night.
Cam Carter grabbing defensive boards really stood out. 6 defensive rebounds in the second half and most of them he had to fight for.
