Good question I think it’s excuse… because they also have the spouses of young enlisted men and women and we all know that we pay those people below the poverty level I was thinking that, too. On the whole I like this signing. The upside value is high since Fall has 3 years of eligibility remaining. Next year needs to be a development year. A nice milestone to achieve. I've always felt that our endowment was way too low for a school our size. I'm glad to see we broke the billion dollar barrier. :thumbsup:
