Re: Player Attrition
Youngblood chose Rutgers over better programs Robinson chose Miss State Gill will have offers Tyrone Lewis will have offers. Will Jones will have offers. Beyond that, of the nine players signed in February, two remain. One is Wright. I doubt he stays. Only thing I could see is staff was blunt with ...

Article from last year: https://247sports.com/college/utah/Article/Is-the-NCAA-transfer-portal-really-working-College-Football-Pac-12-Utah-Utes-143194088/ "That means that more than 57% of D1 football student-athletes who enter the portal are unable to transfer to another football program, essential...

Re: Player Attrition
Of the 11 leaving: 2 were former walkons that got scholarships later in their career (Neil, Gill) Neil lost his starting spot and Gill would have been on the 2 deep, but was injured the majority of last year. 1 was a recruit of the former staff (Robinson) He played some games late last year but was ...

Re: Bowl Game ?
Some sites are reporting that BYU v Liberty would take the First Responder Bowl, but others are saying that the bowl is obligated to take a Big 12 team since they are contracted to the Big 12.

Re: Player Attrition
I keep seeing guys leave. So, who are we going to be able to go get FROM the "quit, cut tail and run portal" to come IN to our place? 1. Not all transfer are leaving of their own choice. Some teams are making room, and in one way or another, getting players to leave to make room for incoming recrui...

Re: Player Attrition
Anyone remember Jayden Russell from St Thomas that was a big deal that KU got, but never ended up at KU and then bagged on KU before going to Miami (OH). He played 1 game before entering the portal this year. Or Logan Wilson, who left KSU for Louisiana Monroe, didn't play and is leaving again for No...

Re: Player Attrition
@Brett_McMurphy In past 8 days, 121 FBS players have entered NCAA Transfer Portal, including a whopping 26 so far today. Good luck finding a new school w/all players not losing a year of eligibility this season It's basically a free agency at this point. KSU is not alone in this issue, and it's furt...

Re: Player Attrition
Managing to find enough scholarships for next season shouldn't be nearly as big of a problem as seemed to be, 2 months ago. I would think that most KSU players who haven't announced their intent to transfer, will be announcing this week... to get a head start on finding a new place. Just from a log...

Re: Player Attrition
Lance Robinson is the latest to announce he will transfer. A 2018 recruit from the last staff, the DB only played in 2 games this year after playing in 13 last year. That would be the 11th transfer announced this year, many of which were DBs Not really a surprise to most given his drop off in playin...
