Re: Recruiting Thread
So, you're saying Tang is better at actually signing them. Doesn't mean diddly who you recruit if they don't put pen to paper. I'm saying exactly what I wrote. So far, the two most experienced players on Tang's roster are two guys that Weber recruited. Unfortunately, Tang let the best player of Web...

Re: nijel generating blowback ...
I hope Nigel got paid up front and cashed that check. I don't. I hope he learns a valuable life lesson and it spreads to all the other kids that bolt for a shiny penny, only to find it tarnished, or that it doesn't even exist. Nothing against Nigel. EVERYTHING against this bullshit that is systemat...

Re: another good read about the darkhorse or rather da cats?
Even this writer continues to think that Texass (you know them....right? THE most overrated football program in the past 10 or so seasons?!?) is defined by what he says is "In the Big 12, there are only two ‘haves’ so eight of the ten members have to do it the old-fashioned way. For the haves, it is...

https://www.kstatesports.com/sports/2021/7/20/nil-policy.aspx This link to our NIL policy... Kansas State student-athletes may not earn NIL related compensation provided in exchange for, or conditioned upon, their athletic performance or attendance at the University. I believe that is every school’...

" K-State has an 82% chance of landing Johnson......"
Is this as accurate as most "polls" are? Meaning.......well, nothing at all?!?!?

Re: Recruiting Thread
Not sure how any of it plays out. But I am fine letting it do just that. All I know is that Coach Tang and his crew have us at least mentioned in submissions like this one. Not saying any may even work out. But I do like his approach in going to get guys. Whether they sign or not is another story, b...

Re: Meet Joe Winner and Joe Loser
You've seen him all decked out at a ball game wearing his powder blue, crimson and blue, Kentucky blue or Blue-Devil blue. Cept' ole Joe is not singing the blues....no sir....friends in high places have made sure Joe doesn't have to do that. You see, Joe's school has money, lot's of money. Or shoul...

Telling stat regarding the "haves" vs the "have nots"
Of the 24 college football playoff games ever played, just five schools (Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State) have won 23 of them.
Wonder what happens to that now that it is a free for all with full on pay to play rising to the top.

Re: My parade has been rained on and optimistic joy squelched
Here's to hoping AJ and everyone else sticks around and continues supporting my university and it's athletics programs. There are unrealistic expectations across the board and that is what gets everyone going sideways from time to time. But the last thing we need is regular contributors jumping ship...
