Wasn't Seattle rated close to San Francisco on number of homeless and was having big problems keeping their downtown clean? Weren't a lot of small businesses getting out of downtown because of theft and issues that are usually brought on by homeless?

My suspicion would be that if Trump said to wear masks, a lot of the people calling him a dictator would say f you and refuse to wear them to spite him. Everyone has their own viewpoint.

I live in the country. Nearest towns have big-time drug problems but very little crime, at least some of the big ones like murder, rape, armed robbery. According to the Buffalo mayor, the man had been ordered to leave the area several times as it was after curfew. Fox reported that the mayor said he was an agitator which was false. The mayor was referencing another incident which occurred between another protester and the New York state police.
