Re: Is Tomlin really that good? We don't really know.

I mentioned to my wife in a recent game that it is so good to have 5s with good hands. Can't imagine how many bloody noses our recent iron-handed centers would have gotten from Quis.

Re: Cats vs Spartans

Back in the day, I hired at least a half-dozen interns from MSU. They were all great college kids and capable of the work needed to be done. Still keep in contact with a few of them, but haven't seen any of them for decades. There deep-seated hatred of Michigan is every bit the equal of our distaste...

I think Desi Sills absolute burst of energy in the 2nd half was largely responsible for the Cats pulling away with the win. He was a whirling dervish for about 5 minutes and it changed the game.

Re: Going To A GARDEN Party

The historical sites in NYC interest me, but not bad enough to actually go see them.

How "authentic" for "Prick Ritino." Bet he can shed a quart of crocodile tears, too.

Re: Going To A GARDEN Party

I've got the $$ to go, but wouldn't go to NYC if my trip was paid for.

I've never liked big cities and I've lived in a few in my lifetime. I'm too much of a country boy at heart.

But, I'm not being critical of those who love NYC. Good for them. Just not my cup of tea.

I do think it makes sense to differentiate investment banks from community banks. They are two different animals.

Also saw a video of a big BUS that burst into lithium-battery flames. Huge. Would have turned an inner city into a conflagration.
