Re: Movin On to Texas
I agree in theory that it would be nice to shred some team through the air. We have had a problem all year with our receivers getting separation, with Malik Knowles being the most consistent at getting open. The run game opens up the pass for us and not really vice versa. The times we have failed to...

Re: Recruiting Thread
The 2020 class is currently ranked 35th in the country and 6th in the Big 12. I can't remember the last time recruiting looked this good before the season even started. A lot of things can obviously change, but this is an excellent start in bringing in new talent. According to 247 sports

Re: Recruiting Thread
Either fans freak out because K-State is the first P5 to offer a KS player, or they freak out because K-State is too late to offer a KS kid and isn't locking down the border. Neither here. Just pointing out that their was definitely a talent gap at the end of Snyder 2.0. You obviously have some insi...

Re: Recruiting Thread
I see we picked up a new commit, Talor Warner, from Gardner, Ks. We were his only P5 offer at this point. My only concern is it seems like we are taking some commitments from lightly recruited guys early in the recruiting process. What happens when we get close to the end and we could have used that...

Re: Thoughts on the NFL draft this year and recent trends
I have noticed that the value of running backs has greatly depreciated. I was really surprised after a good combine performance that Alex Barnes went undrafted. It appears that if you are not an elite player at that position, that you will have to make your way on to a roster in training camp. The g...

Re: Recruiting Thread
That sounds like a winning formula ArKSU. Snyder had a similar philosophy that led to success right up until the end, where it seemed the offense had become too predictable.

Re: Jordy Nelson released by Raiders
He is probably going to shop around a little more before signing this time. When he signed with the Raiders they were the only team that he visited. I am hoping Chiefs and believe it will happen if their offer is competitive with the other teams involved. I mean you got to like the setup there with ...

Re: Barnes in Combine
I don't see him being passed over with his combine performance. He will get drafted and I certainly feel like it will be before round 7. He created a lot of buzz with his numbers at the combine and I think that translates to some teams wanting to take him earlier than previously thought.
