I knew once KSU tried getting into a shootout with them late in the first half things weren't looking good for us.

Too much mediocre offense combined with a hungry UC Irvine team. You let anyone hang around that long in the tournament you're asking for trouble. KSU starters didn't do awful but the ugly bench play did not help our case one bit when UCI began heating up for real,

Tonight's W should have locked up a #4 seed. Very promising to see X starting to find his stride right before the tourney too.

This poll is out way way to early. Just imagine the controversy if the playoff rankings were released starting in week 2. The new NET rankings came out the other day (seems like it gets updated on Sunday's). KSU dropped to #44.
