Re: Skylar Thompson

Hurts is the class of the league? Nah, maybe “Media Darling” of the Big12. I’m not saying Skylar is on the same level as Hurts. Let’s not kid ourselves. However, Skylar had himself a night like Hurts did yesterday. What Hurts did with a lot more around him, Skylar did with less. Let’s not get into a...

Re: Jordy is willing to play for the Chiefs

Yep, younger and cheaper receivers. Don’t forget to add to the list...inexperienced.

Jordy’s abilities and play are at least worth a look. Not to mention, mentoring capabilities.

It makes too much sense. Why not try and kick the tires?

Re: Isaiah Zuber - Transferring

...the Music Man?

Lots of dropped passes last season.

Take a look at the one Vs. I o-way*; hit our dropper middle of chest, for interception, & a 10 point swing...

*that's where the tall corn grows..

Bonus points for naming the film I borrowed for the quote.

PRINGLE!!!

Check out kcchiefs.com video article by BJ Kissel on the 5 Observations from the 2nd Week of OTAs. Dave Toub (ST) and Eric Bieniemy (OC) say he’s been lighting it up and they expect great things from him. They mentioned 2 second year guys that they expect to really contribute this year...they talked...

Re: Isaiah Zuber - Transferring

Definitely an opinion, but from what I see, if your program can handle a kid who one Saturday plays lights out and then disappears for 3-4 weeks after, you’ll be extremely pleased. Who knows? Maybe Zube’s has some inner-demons that a change of scenery will help eradicate. I hope it does. He’s a good...

Re: Well the votes are in and we have the worst Head Coach

I am excited that we got a hire that knows how to manage teams and not just an o-line, understands humility and not self-gain, and wins consistently and not just a game here and there. I’m interested in finding out about the quality of coaches he’s surrounded himself with. Our last post- Snyder hire...

Re: New 2019 Grad Transfer RB - Jordan Brown from UNC

I had to go check out his highlights on the Youtube machine... I gotta say...not a bad guy to have for a year under a new regime. His stats weren't gaudy and the clips weren't flashy. However...he looks to be a hard runner who does not like to go down on contact. He makes a defender work. I believe ...

Darren Sproles

NFL.com has news that Sproles isn’t deciding his future until May in wheteher to keep playing or not. Yes, I keep lobbying for Cats to be Chiefs, but my last wish was Jordy and that fell through. Sproles, for 1 year, in a Reid offense would be fun to see and a great way to finish off a career. He wo...

Re: Jordy Nelson released by Raiders

Apparently, he’s retiring. I wish he’d have gone to the Chiefs, but at least he’s not playing for a team I can’t stand. Enjoy retirement!

Re: Well the football program is now on the clock.

I’m always excited for the start of a new season, of the greatest sport in the world. I’m vastly intrigued at the direction we’re going. Klieman isn’t starting from scratch AND he’s adding strength to our established foundation and applying a fresh coat of paint. One major reason I have no reserve f...
