Re: The Hill on Solomon

Hey, can I get a no show job at a Ukrainian energy firm, and get paid $83,000 a month for 5 years like Hunter Biden did? The problem with the Biden's don't end with Hunter. The whole family cashed in on VP Biden's role as "point man" in the Ukraine & China and elsewhere. The old saying goes, "follow...

Re: NCAA amends KU violations to include 1 more football violation...

The original notice include five major basketball violations and two football violations. A third football violation was added today. So a friend of mine brought this up and has a good point. Since there is now a violation under Miles, shouldn't he be fired? If they don't, they are essentially sayi...

Re: Are you excited about the Chiefs

And the Chiefs could have had Dan Marino. He was still on the draft board when they took Blackledge if my memory is correct. You are correct. Elway went #1 Blackledge went #7 Kelly went #14 Eason went #15 O'Brien went #24 Marino went #27 Blackledge had the worst career of any of those 1st round QBs...

Re: mahomes wears the powercat ...

Interesting discussion on the powercat logo. Kinda reminds me of the basketball movie called "Breaking the Press". It had a lot of K-State connections in it; including the Wildcat school name. The film had Thomas Gibson, a future K-State BB player at the time playing a High School BB big man. The mo...

Re: byron pringle

Pringle is a great FB Player and representative of what a KSU graduate is supposed to be. He is willing to do whatever is necessary for his team to win. Whether or not it's a clutch pass, key block, or a hard nosed return- Byron Pringle just gets the job done. He's the epitome of a selfless player.....

Re: Xavier Kelly

What's the chance we really have to sign X. Kelly? Isn't the late signing period tomorrow?

Re: byron pringle

Someone speculated $200 million contract for Mahomes. I want the kid back, but such a sum is surely so high even the Hunts won't pay. Agreed. Brady always took way less than the top QBs in the league so the team could afford to build SB teams. If you go all out on the QB, you end up like the Detroi...

Re: byron pringle

Cutting Watkins will create 14 million in free cap space, money the Chiefs will probably need to sign Jones to an extension. The other players Chiefs can cut to make room would be Fisher for 6.3m, Kelce for 7.3m, Duvernay-Tardif for 5m, Okafor for 3.2m, Duvernay-Tardif for 5m, Wilson for 4.5m, Sore...

Re: Interesting comment by Weber on Kaosi in press conference

I can't remember the last "true" Big Man we've had in the program actually contribute points and offensi/defensive rebounding abilities at the same clip. Of course DJ was a really good big, but I'd say he was more of a big 4 than a real 5. We won't really know what we really have, until we can get a...

Re: Thank you, Scott Chasen

Last time I checked, D. Gordon was not one of the players suspended. Thus, he had no culpability in the actual fight that took place. He was the one on the ground, when DeLoser stood over his fallen body after the block. Add in the stool and you have a WWE moment where D. could've been seriously hurt.
