Re: Thanks team.
I'm not so sure that any coach can build a program with NIL and annual free agency. It just comes down to the portal year after year and a virtual new team year after year. My guess is that the highs will be higher and the lows will be lower. I think that Coach Tang is as well equipped as any coach ...

Re: let's start a thread about past players ...
Davion Bradford has re-entered the portal. Looks like he has been with the New Mexico Aggies. Bigs seem to find new homes. Small players who are not so good may not even hook up with a team and get no College education. Hope Davion can find a home. Seemed like a nice kid when here at Manhattan. The...

Davion - Kansas State, Wake Forest (?), New Mexico and next stop. Selton - I saw Selton Miguel playing in the South Florida vs. East Carolina game today. He scored a lot of points (17) but he took a lot of shots (13) to get them. He played 24 minutes. Three for nine on three point shots. He won sixt...

Re: other schools' coaching news and stuff ...
I think some of our assistant coaches may get offers. I wouldn't think that the Michigan job would be very appealing given the school having such high academic standards. Student athletes is a stupid concept now in this day and edge of NIL. Well, it sounds like in the not too distant future, univer...

It is part of the job for a coach to advocate for his team.
I would be interested in hearing what the coaches for the other barely in or barely out teams would have to say. I expect that they could make good cases too.

It is probably better to end the handshake line because of the possibilities of a misunderstanding or even a fight.

Re: KSU vs. ISU part 3
If you look at ISU's shot chart, they made one three-point shot, two other shots from outside the paint, and every other shot that ISU made was in the paint.

Re: non-k-state games ...
I agree with your list and would add Bruce Pearl and good ol' Roy Williams (I know that Mount Rushmore only has four Presidents).
I guess to get the second four I would add Sean Miller and Will Wade.

Re: As a fan I am tired of getting my heart broken and unrealistic hype
I think that when you start with NIL, mix in a big dose of player free agency, and sprinkle with some injuries and other random events - then you get a lot of volatility in year-to-year results.
