Re: Fort Hays Game. Any one goring?
Due to COVID-19 protocols, K-State's game at Fort Hays State has been canceled. The Wildcats will travel to Wichita, Kansas, to face Newman on Friday, November 27, at 6 p.m., at Fugate Gymnasium. Attendance at Fugate Gymnasium will be limited to Pass List only. No visiting fans will be allowed due t...

Re: Lost respect for Joel Klatt
I'll give Joel Klatt a pass on this comment as Pooka Williams is probably the best KU running back in his lifetime. Sayers, Coan, Riggins and McClinton all played for KU before Klatt was born in 1982.

Re: Will KSU football "spiral" downhill with Howard?
P-dave you ask some valid questions, but I question some of your comments. First Howard's throwing technique is fairly good for an untested freshman. Meaning I for one expect him to improve, more on that later. What specific deficiencies to you see in Howard? I would like to know, because while I se...

Re: former illini coach lou henson passes ...
In 1964 I became the p-b-p announcer for Abilene Christian and Hardin-Simmons, where Lou Henson coached from 1962-66, was about a mile down the road from our campus. The two teams played each other and I remember coach Henson very well.

Re: Ladies beat Texas
I knew that would bring them out. Look I have no feelings on Mittie one way or another. I just know he signed an extension last year so I doubt he’s going anywhere anytime soon unless he leaves on his own accord. Kinda like a few wins brought you out? I, too, doubt he’s going anywhere. Seems as if ...

Re: super bowl neither a ratings hit nor bust ...
I wonder if which network it’s on causes any of the viewing results? While we watched the game, not many of us care for Buck and Aikman. Just wonder if a Nance/Romo broadcast crew on CBS would have changed the numbers at all? Turned the TV sound off and listened to Kevin Harlan and Kurt Warner on W...

Re: funny picture to give les miles ...
I remember the days when BSFS (Formerly KSU Stadium) was solid red when we played OU and NU. May those days never return.

Re: It's Gene
Kansas culture is always about it is good enough. Then, they wonder why companies and people move to places with better amenities. Heaven forbid we could have better than most. We already do have better amenities than most. How many campuses around the country have you been to? I've been to many ac...
