Re: May be the worst team in over 70 years.

The poor performance of the team this year didn't start this season. The issue began 2-3 years ago with recruiting (or lack of) and player development (or lack of). Weber isn't going anywhere, but the leash just got a LOT shorter.

Re: Breakout Player for 2020?

Chabastain Taylor and Jacardia Wright are my top two picks. I would say JYB, but he's kind of an already known breakout player. Maybe say that he becomes a breakout player at WR, not just ST. He will start reminding folks of Tyler Lockett. I know, that's high praise. I stand by it.

Re: This year is inexcusable

Wade isn't flashy, wasn't a 5*, and is from KS. Blue blood fans would have eat him up and spit him out as they root to get the next one and done MCDAA in there to replace him. Which school that did offer Wade would he have developed into a higher draft pick? Boise State, Creighton, Evansville, Iowa...

Re: This year is inexcusable

Our defense is the only thing that has kept us in games. It's been respectable a lot of the time. It also shows the Cats are putting in good effort.. but that doesn't translate to good or even average offense. In past years, I would place a lot of the blame at Webers feet for having an offense that...

Re: This year is inexcusable

I've stayed off the board all season as I was pretty concerned early on (saw some really concerning things early in the season against weaker opponents). Just decided to stay away. I do watch the games, but don't comment on here (or anywhere). Honestly, I'm apathetic. I'm not trying to pile on. Just...

Re: Xavier Kelly

I can tell you 100%, if you can't beat out other good players at Clemson you aren't going to beat out very many players for NFL draft spots. Its MUCH more rare for a player not playing much at an SEC/Clemson type school and still get drafted versus being a full time player at small schools. Bottom l...

Re: Are you excited about the Chiefs

That's what makes it kind of fun. Take a stand and see where things end up. I thought Ryan Leaf would be way better than Peyton Manning. I thought Todd Blackledge would take us to the Super Bowl... :D and by the way: I wondered about Mahommes and his ability to win 'the big game'. Didn't see it at ...

Re: All things Super Bowl

Pringle was the WR blocking down field that sprung that last TD for KC to seal the game. Shouldn't go unnoticed. Great play, attention to details matter. Congrats Chiefs fans!

Re: Xavier Kelly

Depending upon his end goal, it could work out well at KSU. If he wants to make it to the NFL, I'd guess he'll be looking for an SEC school first since they're more likely to have scouts watching their games. Scouts watch every program of just about every level of football (FBS and FCS). If a kid i...
