Pick 'Em

i rewatched the @ baylor game last night and got all giddy. (easy to do given our present football fortunes. :? ) that was the game barry passed behind his back to dean for a slam that kind of closed it out in waco. i looked at the guys coming off the bench then v. what state will bring this year and smiled. stokes was in civies. wainwright was our sixth. patrick seventh. sallah was the big beyond love. mike and nigel wore redshirts. and still, they handled a solid baylor team rather easily in their den.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

We've been down this road before and nothing has changed except that what we already knew is now proven. Making college players pros will likely create more problems than it solves. Just start a semi pro league.
Did you intend this to be a response to the "full cost of attendance" post in the KU recruit thread?

Thanks. How did that happen? I'll move it.

Yes, give us something POSITIVE to take our minds off this excruciating slow motion football program implosion :( . EMAW

I'd make more of an effort to go if there was going to be a scrimmage!
