Seriously :? ? Yes MHK has a PD, and is also patrolled by RCPD. I believe the city cars are white and black, while RCPD are navy blue.
seriously? yes. is this one of the MPD cars? it is black and white.

the only other police force in MHK that I'm aware of is campus PD.

can't seem to find any information to the contrary. perhaps you can direct me to it?
Excellent detective work. Those are the cars I was thinking of...obviously fubar'ed that one. :banghead:

the rcpd is the city and county police department. it's the only department in the nation that's organized on a countywide basis, i.e. without a sheriff. there are no 'city cops.' seth child doesn't like it.

"At the time of consolidation the Manhattan Police Department employed 40 sworn officers supported by 16 non-sworn members. The only other local police service in the county at the time of consolidation was the Ogden Police Department. The Ogden Town Company was officially chartered by the territorial Legislature in 1857. Despite early setbacks, the town grew in population and was incorporated as a third-class city by an act of the legislature, February 7, 1859. At the time of consolidation, the Ogden Police force consisted of two full-time officers and one part-time officer. The two police departments and the sheriff's office consolidated on January 1, 1974 and created the Riley County Police Department."

Duke is actually out with an ankle/foot injury and may be out for the rest of the season.
Duke is having season ending surgery. Hopefully he will be healed in time for workouts and the draft.
That stinks. We just can't seem to catch a break this season. Oh well. I still think we beat KU at home. Hopefully, Delton is good to go.

SIAP, but any word on Skylar's status?

This is the most pathetic thread of all time.

As for the game, hopefully whatever the outcome, it causes some changes to KState.
